Our Ontario Street facility has 30 state-of-the-art boat slips.  All-inclusive seasonal dock space includes these and numerous other amenities:

Located 3 miles from 811 Ontario Street, the Boat House is a gated facility offering Indoor Heated and Cold storage, as well as Outside storage facilities with the same service and repair offerings.

Keep your boat out of the elements during winter at either of our safe and secure indoor storage facilities. Our large 50' by 17' haul-out slip accommodates most vessels and water craft, and we offer both 35-ton or 30-ton marine Travelifts for safe handling and storage. With regard to Cradles and Jack Stands, please note the following:

• We offer rental cradles OR jack stands for temporary storage

• We recommend use of a cradle at the Marina storage facility for better
  safety and security

• The Boat House at Douglas Ave uses only jack stands, no cradles

• Feel free to contact a service representative if you wish to use
  your own jack stands or cradle

Boats stored outdoors can be shrink-wrapped for protection during the winter. Shrink-wrapping is a cost-effective way to protect your boat and keep it clean; it also keeps the interior drier. Sails, dodgers, and fly bridge canvas must be removed by the customer prior to shrink-wrapping to avoid additional fees.
