This lovely Catalina has always had the best of care and maintenance.  One owner.  ALWAYS Freshwater Lake Michigan.  "Corvair" has numerous upgrades to include:  4 year old dodger and bimini, oversized mainsail and secondary winches, full battened "Mac" mainsail with a Mac Pack, Doyle 150% genoa, Seldon top down furling spinnaker with pole, Zacor companionway doors with screens and windows for a constant passing of fresh air without the stable flies!

Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating system is also a plus with our always fickle weather.  The full cushioned mattress in the aft master cabin is comfortable and the V berth is a full thickness mattress as well - live aboard quality.  ST60 instruments by Raymarine are dependable and hold up in any weather conditions.
